• Fees

    Full payment is due at the time of service. Please contact providers directly to discuss fee schedules.

    Cornerstone providers do not participate with insurance; they are considered “out-of-network” providers. Please see our FAQs for information to help you explore your out-of-network benefits and to learn more about your right to a “Good Faith Estimate.”

  • Telehealth

    At this time, services are available onsite or via our secure HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. You will receive a link before session by email or text.

    For telehealth appointments, clients are expected to be in a safe and private location in MD (or a PSYPACT state); otherwise, the appointment will be cancelled and charged accordingly.

  • Cancellations

    We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment that is missed without adequate notice will be charged at full cost. If you arrive more than 15-minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be charged as a missed appointment.

    Should you miss more than one appointment without advance notice, future appointments may be cancelled.

  • Electronic Communication

    Please do not send sensitive or clinical information by email, text, or phone message, as we are unable to ensure the privacy of those communications.

    Should you need to communicate with your provider in between appointments, you may use our secure HIPAA compliant messaging system through the client portal.
